Shipping policy
SHIPPING, DELIVERY & WARRANTY (UK)
Customers can cancel orders placed during regular business hours (Monday through Friday) within 12 hours. Please send an email to info@emrsensitivity.com requesting cancellation.
Customers who submit orders over the weekend or on holidays can cancel them within 24 hours. The request will be handled the following business day. Please send an email to info@emrsensitivity.com requesting cancellation. If cancellation request is made after stated hours, the order cannot be cancelled.
During regular working days, all customer purchases will be processed and sent within a 48-hour window, with the exception of the product being out of stock, weekends, holidays, or unanticipated occurrences.
If an item is ordered and then becomes backordered or out of stock, EMR SENSITIVITY Ltd will inform the customer of the quantity of the order that is currently in stock and any other information of relevance such as potential new delivery date. When the item becomes available, EMR SENSITIVITY Ltd will ship the remaining items in your purchase, and you will not be charged for the shipping or related expenses. EMR SENSITIVITY Ltd will make every effort to deliver any product that is temporarily out of stock or on back order as quickly as possible. All customer support inquiries will be responded to during regular business hours or the following business day (24hrs).
Customer Tracking and Order Responsibilities
- When a customer's order is complete, they will receive an email confirmation that their order has been processed and shipped, along with their tracking number.
- Customers bear complete responsibility for the information they supply about themselves and their shipping.
- Customers are expected to work with our shipping suppliers, delivery dates, and processes to the fullest extent possible.
- Customers must promptly notify EMR SENSITIVITY Ltd and the shipping provider if an order is lost.
- Customers who refuse delivery of their order(s) may not be eligible for a refund or exchange, at EMR SENSITIVITY Ltd discretion.
NOTE: It's possible that tracking information won't be accessible until after the carrier has picked up the package.
Shipping Costs and Duties
The following shipping options will be available to all customers:
- 2-4 business days delivery (DHL)
All return shipping charges are the responsibility of the client, not EMR SENSITIVITY Ltd.
Additional shipping fees, such as import duties, levies, or c.o.d. charges, may apply to all customer orders and will be the responsibility of the customer to pay.
Warranty
- From the date of purchase, the manufacturer provides a one-year warranty against defects.
- Each manufacturer warranty claim must be filed by contacting EMR SENSITIVITY Ltd within one year of the purchase date.
- Our Return Policy must be followed when returning any product.

For any orders outside of England and Wales, Scotland, Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man and Channels Islands, customer will be required to pay import duties, shipping or other taxes, as we will not pay them.
Customers in Canada and the United States should expect to receive their packages within 5 business days of purchasing.

If the customer or their appointed nominee fail, through no fault of ours, to take delivery of the Goods at the Delivery Location, we may charge the reasonable costs of storing and redelivering them.
The Goods will become the customer's responsibility from the completion of delivery or customer collection. Customers are advised, if reasonably practicable, to examine the Goods before accepting them.
Warranty

RISK & TITLE
Risk of damage to, or loss of, any Goods will pass to you when the Goods are delivered to you.
You do not own the Goods until we have received payment in full. If full payment is overdue or a step occurs towards your bankruptcy, we can choose, by notice to cancel any delivery and end any right to use the Goods still owned by you, in which case you must return them or allow us to collect them.
